I sic here my story which I didn’t share at the other side.
Previously I parked 50K wif Chocolate. Then HSBC came up wit 2.9+1% for EGA mah. Then just last Thursday nia, I transferred this 50K to EGA.
Over the weekend I alrdy noticed this thread created by 1 member claiming his withdrawal wasn’t instantaneous. Then 24 hrs riao, this member still hasn’t received his withdrawal.
Then Monday riao, which was ytd, the whole Chocolate withdrawal debacle 爆发！
Wah, I really felt like I need to go 拜拜 cos HSBC saved me sia. Cos out of the 50K I need to take 6K repay loan 1!
Can y’all imagine what’s going to happen if I didn’t take action last week?????
Very important lesson learnt: do not put money wif non-SDIC insured institutions. This Chocolate is not SDIC insured 1 hor.
