Anyone messed up on their career?

I took a leap of faith and transitioned from a successful career in marketing to become a teacher. Despite my passion for education, I soon realized that managing a classroom wasn't as natural for me as I thought.

I couldn't help but wonder if anyone else had been in my shoes before. Had they faced similar challenges and found a way to overcome them, or did they decide it was time to move on?
 
My friend's mom used to be a bank employee, but she's now a graphic designer. She said it was super tough at first, but she's way happier now. Maybe you just need to find a different way to teach or something? Like, maybe online or in a smaller setting? Just a thought.
 
Try taking some courses or getting mentorship to improve your classroom management skills. If it's still not working out, don't be afraid to pivot again. Your marketing skills are still valuable in many other roles.

If you can sell anything, you can work on anything.
 
You were killing it in marketing, right? Maybe take another shot at it? You were good at it, and it might be worth getting back into.
