Citizens of Singapore have an interest and claim as beneficiaries of said TRUST deed. if indeed such is duly stamped and delivered to the court.
Who r the beneficiaries in the Trust. Who r the agents? Acting on behalf of who? How much fees are paid. Who paid them?
Using state property for own benefit? Collusion involved ? a non-competitive, secret, and sometimes illegal agreement between rivals?
Knowledge is power. Beneficiiaries can be cheated and denied their rightful claims.
