Dreaming of Train/Road Trip all the way to Bangkok

Anybody thought of doing it either by train or Car glamping?

Europe & US are developed for Train or Road trips. Crossing borders easily.

It is so hard to find friends that enjoy train or road trips for at least 2 weeks. I would think can cut down the risk of flying.

My longest train trip was from Beijing to Paris. Only two stops. Irkutsk and Moscow

Do you know how safe crossing from Malaysia to Thailand?
So you took train from Beijing to Russia & then to Paris? How many days?

I crossed from Malaysia to Thailand and vice versa by land before via the bus. No issue just that the border is not 24/7 so if u wanna drive across the border from Malaysia into Thailand and u are coming from Singapore, either u need to spend one night in Malaysia or u drive overnight from Singapore. Thats why u see those motorcycle trips that go direct from Singapore to Thailand are always overnight trips

Trans Siberian - about 3 days 2 nights from Beijing to Irkutsk (about 48 hours) and then I rested for like 4 days in Irkutsk and enjoyed lake baikal then 5 days 4 nights (about 96 hours) from Irkutsk to moscow. Rested about 4 days 3 nights then took a train to Paris which was about 2 days one night.

I only spent one night in Paris before flying over to USA
