I think you can do the "80/20 rule" too, focus on the 20% of tasks that will have the most impact. This helps avoid getting bogged down in low-priority work ^^
 
one thing I'd add is practicing mindfulness, like taking a few deep breaths or doing a quick meditation during breaks. it really helps calm down and refocus.
