How can I love my own body? I know I'm not overweight, nor am I skinny... I'm not handsome, but I'm not too bad either. Just an average man who can't love his own body no matter what he does.

A man's body is the easiest to change, because of testosterone levels.
So for myself if I'm dissatisfied with my body, I should be even more dissatisfied with my mind because I didn't have the mental fortitude and discipline to whip my body into shape.

I can relate with you bro

Learning to love your own body is a journey that can take time and self-reflection, but it’s one of the most empowering and fulfilling things you can do for yourself.
Sometimes, jumping straight to body love can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re struggling with body image. Start with body neutrality—appreciating your body for what it does for you, without focusing on its appearance. Think of it like: “My body allows me to walk, breathe, and experience life.” This can help take some pressure off appearance-based thoughts!

Most people are fixated to their own thought to the point that they don't care about how you look. This is a spotlight effect. Even with your imperfections that you might feel too obvious, most people don't mind or never thought about that.

Yup exactly. Unless you're dressed up in a clown suit, no one will be looking at you. a lot of the self consciousness is from within.

100% agree. It happens to everyone. I barely have enough energy to say anything about someone's else dress or fashion. As long as they look 'normal', they wouldn't appear on my judgement radar, hahaha
