To those who read this... Learn to put yourself first without guilt.

For the longest time, I thought taking care of myself was selfish. I’d pour everything into others and leave myself empty. But I’ve learned that self-care isn’t selfish... it’s essential! ☺️

Setting boundaries was hard, but it changed everything. Has anyone else struggled with this? Would love to hear how you navigated it.

My biggest leap in put myself first is when I filed a divorce. Not a popular move, of course. There's a moment when I do self-blamed and keep asking where did I go wrong. But time heals everything, I keep on moving forward and believe that it's my right decision.
So here I'm now, single and happy ☺️

What was your biggest regret of not setting boundaries?

Girls putting me on friendzone 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was thinking that being a good guy, always be there, helping 24/7, sacrifice your own time will make a girls falling for you. Nope. It will makes you looks unattractive. She choose a cold guy who busy and I'm only become her shelter. Lol.

Boiii.... You learn it a hard way, eh? Remember: Man are hunter, we should know when to bait, and when to shoot. Don't just feed on woman's need. Good things you now wake up and gain some dignity.

Same like bro above... I'm giving too much of myself to someone who never knew what to do with it. Mistaking sacrifice for love, thinking that if I gave more, they’d stay. But love isn’t about losing yourself to keep someone else happy.

Boundaries aren’t walls! They’re the lines that remind you where you end and someone else begins. Without them, you don’t just lose love... you lose yourself 😮‍💨

Took me years to learn this. People-pleasing is like unlimited free trials.... eventually, you realize they’ll never subscribe, and you’re just draining yourself 🥴
