A healthy relationship needs trust, good communication, and effort from both sides. Trust is the base, talking things through keeps you close, and both people putting in the effort helps it grow. It’s not always easy, but when both partners care, it works. Do you agree? What do you think makes a relationship healthy?
 
Eat healthy food and exercise.

I know that sounds out of topic, but it is not.

When you're both fit and active, you have more energy to do stuff together. Like going on hikes or playing sports. It's fun and keeps the bonding strong.

Exercise releases those feel-good chemicals in your brain. So you're in a better mood around each other. Less grumpy fights and more happy times.
