If you're feeling sluggish, a short 10-minute nap can be more effective than caffeine at recharging your energy. It gives your brain a mini reset and can help improve focus for the rest of the day.

I'm gonna tell you all that this is really effective ❗❗❗

Okay. That's actually a good recommendation. I highly recommend not drinking coffee every day. At least from my personal experience. Because if you drink coffee too much, your body will build up some tolerance. And eventually when you drink coffee the next day, it doesn't feel right anymore.

You are not going to be feeling energetic. So eventually you have to drink more and more coffee, which is becoming an unhealthy habit.

So, yeah, it is true that you should just take a nap or you can also exercise and only drink coffee when it is, literally the last option that you have at least that's the way I see coffee.

No, that is impossible for me. I couldn't just take a nap for 10 minutes. I'm the kind of person that if I fall asleep, I'm gonna sleep for hours.

I don't remember the last time I had a nap but usually I try to get eight hours of sleep every day. So eventually, I don't need to take a nap.

I know, but my workplace got no proper place to nap leh. Doesn't look good to nap at work desk lol
