Hi all,
I am looking for Moderators to join.
How it works here is I prefer people to build their own communities. Meaning you find a sub forum you are keen on, for example the Gaming sub forum. You create the threads, you create the topics, you generate interest, you bring in friends, you build your own community. Then you decide how you want to run your own community by moderating it.
There are many sub forums here e.g Marriage, Divorce, Music etc.
I mean, I dun like how the other forums run it where the Mods just hold a cane to punish people.This creates a them vs us mentality. We become another EDMW or sgtalk with bias/strict moderation where Mods just bully users and "minus" away the community.
I want to build communities - not minus away communities. I want a place where people can discuss their passions robustly. If you are keen to Mod, please pm me
