I wonder can differences in how partners use social media cause conflict, or do they reflect a healthy sense of independence?
We can't expect the same amount of others perspective here, but we can find the solution by communication. Currently dating a man who almost have zero socmed appearance, while I'm an avid IG user. At first, I feel angry when he never post about me, I tell him how I feel. He explains that quality IRL is much important than socmed post. He prove his point and now I feel contented.I wonder can differences in how partners use social media cause conflict, or do they reflect a healthy sense of independence?
Feels attacked in how you describe Tiktok user, but it's undeniable somehowMost likely, as far as I know, social media of your choice affects your personality. For example:
- LinkedIn: Overly professional
- Twitter: Loves to debate
- TikTok: Gay
It has some potential to bring a conflict, so I think we need to set some boundaries. Is it okay if your man follows a sexy influencers? If you don't feel it okay, tell him. But you should be fair too, you aren't allowed to follow a random hot guy account.I wonder can differences in how partners use social media cause conflict, or do they reflect a healthy sense of independence?

I get ur point. TBH, I love to watch cute boy dancing on Tiktok, but to date one of them? Nope at all. My type is more like a gentleman one who have a very sheer social media appearance![]()
