I’ve been wondering lately. How do you even know when you’re doing this parenting thing right?
Some days, I feel like I’m absolutely crushing it, getting meals on the table, school assignments done, and somehow, even managing to keep the house from completely collapsing. Other days, I’m like, 'Did I just ruin my kid’s future by letting them have cereal for dinner again?'
And speaking of, how do you deal with the guilt? Is there a magical parent handbook I missed? Or are we all just trying to make it through the day without losing our minds?
Also, here’s a big one how do you balance your kid’s needs with your own? Is there ever a real balance, or are we all just pretending we have it together while secretly Googling 'How to survive parenting without caffeine'?
I’d love to hear what other parents are thinking about all this. What’s your secret to staying sane and keeping the kids happy?
