Is Performance Bonus (PB) doing its job?

is it motivating people to do better or just making the place more toxic?

I feel those who cant work and toxic will try all means to get better PB. those good ones just suffer and work and get same PB. those that work long enough just do the bare minimum cos they know how the system works.

Those who wanna perform by working smart - they make sure they have visibility when they work.

But then the opposite ish true. Say you & I are a team. I go holiday take leave and take mc often vs you 劳心劳力 everyday come in then take over my jod when I’m away. Cannot be we take the same pb right??? :look:

Of course won't be the same. Either you less I more, or even the opposite.
