Set a timer for just 5 or 10 minutes every day to reflect on how you're feeling or to jot down your thoughts. It doesn’t have to be deep; it’s just about creating space to check in with yourself.
 
A good advice if you ask me. Also, you can embrace your weirdness publicly. Instead of hiding quirky traits or interests, share them proudly. People often feel more connected to authenticity than to trying to fit in. When you embrace your unique qualities, others are more likely to do the same.
