Have you ever felt burned out after working for too long and thought about quitting? I think burnout happens when we push ourselves too hard without giving our minds and bodies a chance to rest. It can make everything feel overwhelming, and we start questioning if it’s all worth it. Sometimes, it’s easy to forget that rest is just as important as hard work.
