Have you ever felt burned out after working for too long and thought about quitting? I think burnout happens when we push ourselves too hard without giving our minds and bodies a chance to rest. It can make everything feel overwhelming, and we start questioning if it’s all worth it. Sometimes, it’s easy to forget that rest is just as important as hard work. Taking a break, even for a little while, can actually help you come back with more energy and focus, instead of burning out. Do you think taking breaks is important, or do you push through when you’re feeling burnt out? Maybe we can share experiences from different people.

I think I really should take a break, lately my life has been very hard...

I used to think I had to push through, but now I realize that rest is just as important as hard work. It's okay to take a step back and recharge. I've started doing little things like meditation and short walks during the day, and it makes a big difference.

For me, taking breaks is non negotiable. Even just a quick walk or coffee break can help me reset. But I know some people who prefer to power through.

I think it depends on the person and situation. Sometimes a short break is enough, other times you might need a longer vacation to really recharge.

And if your back pain gets stronger, it might be another sign to take a rest.

How do you deal with that? I saw many of my co-workers complaining the same issue

It goes away eventually. Maybe because I'm exercising a lot and started to be more active
